The Process

How to Get Turkish Citizenship

Choose & Purchase Property

Property Valuation

An official SPK-licensed property valuation is conducted and submitted. This confirms your investment meets the $400K threshold.

Obtain Certificate of Conformity

We apply to the General Directorate of Land Registry to obtain the Certificate of Conformity, confirming your property qualifies for citizenship.

Submit Citizenship Application

We compile all documents in Arabic and Turkish and submit your application to the Turkish Ministry of Interior through our official legal partners.

Biometrics & Review Period

Fingerprints and biometric photos are taken at the Directorate General of Migration Management. Standard review takes 3–6 months.

Receive Turkish Passport

Turkish IDs and passports are issued for you and your eligible family members. Welcome to your new citizenship!
